I have always loved Redwing Blackbirds. I’ve watched them many times over the years on various farmlands in California. I had never seen or witnessed the likes of what I saw in Manchester in the Pussy Willow thicket. These birds puff up their red wing bars while singing. I caught them at a wonderful time of day when they were actively attracting mates. My favorite bird!!! In all its glory.
