I followed this Osprey for quite some time. I could see it on a telephone pole with something large hanging from its talons. It flew off down the dirt road to a cactus and then back to a pole and then to another cactus. I followed back and forth and up a ridge until finally I caught him on my camera. What an amazing sight! I felt so very lucky here in Baja!! A rich landscape of cacti on the sea with many birds…beautiful cows everywhere on the road, in the wash and on the great Hwy 1. I also spied a tarantula hawk wasp as well. Many of the familiar animals of wØnder Valley in the Mojave were seen there. Desert by the sea. Peace and harmony. Sweet and inviting Mexicans and great food. Smiles. everyone waves, just like in wØnder valley. Smiles and waves. Thank you Mexico. Also thank you to Nancy Smith who took us all down to Punta Pescadero where she’d traveled many times before and now at 91. Fastest trip thru customs!!! Going with your 91 year old mother-in-law in a wheelchair is ALWAYS a great idea!!! … carte blanche… What line? Hope you enjoy what I saw in the wildlife arena. More pictures will be posted soon of all the rest.
